Returns / Cancellations / Refunds

Our work is delivered under milestone-based Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Refunds: Available only on unutilized advances for milestones not yet started.
• Once a milestone’s deliverables are submitted for acceptance, that milestone is non-refundable.
• You may cancel future milestones any time before they start; no further charges beyond work completed/committed.

Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed/credited within 8-10 working days.
